What we collect

• Contact details you submit through the demo request form: name, work email, company, role, country, and anything you write in the free-text field.
• Commercial context you choose to provide, such as products of interest, conversation volume and timeline.
• Your marketing consent choice, recorded with a timestamp.
• Basic technical data generated when you browse the site, such as IP address and browser information, used for security and site reliability.

Why we use it

• To respond to your demo request and arrange a walkthrough — the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
• To send product and industry updates, where you have opted in — the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the site secure and functioning — the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the service.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the site and manage enquiries, such as hosting and CRM providers, acting on our instructions under a written agreement. We do not sell personal data.

When operators deploy Whizdom AI products, we process end-customer data as a processor on the operator's instructions, under a separate data processing agreement. This policy covers only data collected through this website.
