What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website. They can be strictly necessary for the site to work, or optional — used for analytics or marketing.

Strictly necessary

These are needed for the site and its features to work and cannot be switched off.

• whizdom_cookie_consent (browser local storage, Whizdom AI) — remembers your cookie choices. Kept for 6 months, after which we ask again.
• chat-messenger-sessionID, chat-messenger-session-id-expires-at, chat-messenger-chatBubbleExpansion (browser session storage, Google) — set only after you open the chat assistant, to keep your conversation and window state during your visit. Deleted when you close the browser tab.
• tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3 (browser session storage, Whizdom AI) — restores your scroll position when you go back a page. Deleted when you close the browser tab.

Chat assistant security (Google reCAPTCHA)

The chat assistant is provided by Google and is protected from automated abuse by Google reCAPTCHA. Neither is loaded until you click the chat button — browsing the site without opening the chat does not contact Google's chat or reCAPTCHA services.

When you open the chat, reCAPTCHA sets a _GRECAPTCHA cookie on google.com (observed lifetime: about 6 months) and a _grecaptcha item in browser local storage, and may collect device and usage information under Google's own privacy policy and terms. The chat assistant also sends usage logs to Google and loads Google fonts and icons it needs to display.

Analytics (optional)

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand which pages are visited, how visitors move through the site and which links are clicked. It is not loaded until you allow analytics cookies.

• _ga (cookie, Google) — distinguishes visitors. Google documents a lifetime of 2 years.
• _ga_<measurement ID> (cookie, Google) — keeps track of your session. Google documents a lifetime of 2 years.

Marketing (optional)

With your consent we use Klaviyo onsite tracking, provided by Klaviyo, to understand visitor activity on the site in connection with our marketing communications. It is not loaded until you allow marketing cookies.

• __kla_id (cookie, Klaviyo) — recognises your browser across visits. Observed lifetime: about 13 months.
• klaviyoOnsite, $referrer, $last_referrer, kl-post-identification-sync (browser local storage, Klaviyo) — store Klaviyo's settings and where you arrived from. Kept until removed.
• klaviyoPagesVisitCountV2 (browser session storage, Klaviyo) — counts pages viewed during your visit. Deleted when you close the browser tab.

Your choices

When you first visit, you can accept all optional cookies, reject them, or choose analytics and marketing separately. Nothing optional is switched on unless you choose it.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. When you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics and Klaviyo cookies and storage set on this site. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.

We ask for your choices again after 6 months, or sooner if we make a significant change to the technologies we use or why we use them.
